RBA designed the better business bureau new facility to be a physical manifestation of their core values: integrity, stability, openness. Burnished concrete block was used for both its structural load bearing capacity for exterior walls and for the exposed aesthetic quality to define space both inside and outside. The interior is organized around a small 2 story light well with a ramp, connecting the main floor with the lower floor.
