Azarbayjan Culture House
Located in El Gölü district of Tabriz
This district has good access and since it is without traffic, thus it is suitable for building public places.
The plan is in West to East direction and receives good sunlight.
In this plan it is attempted to prevent the shadow of the building to be fallen on itself and it causes the building not to get warm by sunlight.
The big windows are placed in public places that need more warmth.
In the entrance there is spatial semi-closed area that keeps the air and filters it to prevent the blow of cold wind.
The entrance is located in Western side, thus the entered wind is the favorite one and unwanted cold weather cannot enter the building.
In the roof there is a blind that directs the light into the main lobby and it faces the South in order to receive the maximum light.
The main concept of the plan is based on combination of two words Art and Azerbaijan.
The plan includes three floors involving a basement that amphitheater, exhibition and related spaces and the parking lot are located there; the entrance of parking lot is out of the site, thus cars cannot enter the site and there will be no more noise.
The entrance of the parking lot into the building is from basemen, since most of the visitors come for public visits, amphitheater and the exhibition.
The ground floor that includes the restaurant, administrative and other installation section are located in this floor. The installation section has an access from North side with a direct entrance.
Library and educational section (school) is located in the third floor since their access to each other must be direct.
In this floor there is a patio that is observable from the roof of the plan.
This floor includes a large lobby that can be a roofed nook for educational and library section.
