Located at Fanar, a suburb to the east of Beirut, this multistory apartment building has a spectacular uninterrupted panoramic view of the capital. The building was under construction when were asked to redesign the outer look of the building. Despite the construction cost and legal constraints, we were able to regenerate the building form in a way to respond to its context, panoramic view and setting.
