The triangular geometry plot has contained dimensions and a certain inclination towards one of its ends, which determines the proposal.
For this reason the creation, set with a linear character, is positioned parallel to one of the plot boundaries and this way maximizing the available outdoor space. It does so by being raised on a semi-buried base of reinforced concrete, which is twinned with the ground, thus allowing to resolve the existing inclination and accommodate the necessary facilities.
This concrete volume is concealed with stone, generating an exterior platform in which a private pool related to the house is inserted, creating a set.
The large open space aspect boosts the principal uses of the property, extending to the outside thanks to an excellent and practicle carpentry that allows it to be merged with the exterior porch, allowing a flexibile use of the proposal.
