The project is a remodel and addition to existing traditional house for a young and growing family. The first phase was to update the kitchen and add a small powder room and laundry within the original house. The second phase was a small addition that could serve a number of functions from guest room to office to play room. The addition has the added benefit of a roof deck which affords views of the distant mountains.
