The medical center is located on Tomás Valle Avenue and is part of the urban complex to be built on the site of the original REX brickyard in San Martin de Porres, north of Lima. Currently, the Plaza Center REX, a shopping center with shops and a supermarket, is already under construction. The building is integrated into the complex through an easement that allows for a facade facing the mall.

It is a three-story outpatient clinic with a basement, which houses outpatient services, imaging services, a laboratory, and a pharmacy.

Volumetrically, it has three constructed facades, one facing the main avenue with a shorter facade. Materials such as composite aluminum, wood-like porcelain veneer, and colored elements with HPL panels are used.facades and pedestrian access from an internal street that invites entry. The building's image seeks to break with the stereotype of a hospital building as a "cold" architecture; instead, it incorporates wood-like materials and colors that reflect the company's brand identity and humanize the space.
