Flexible office space was needed by the company in order to implement a hybrid work schedule for employees, and to offer employees a whole floor focused on working in mini-groups of 2-3 people, as well as for organizing teamwork groups of 10-20 people for specific projects.
Our goal was not only to comfortably accommodate employees, but also to create a bright image for a new space that could surprise employees, support the spirit of the company and their desire for the future.
Designing the office through the prism of the future, we chose the image of a spaceship – a perfect technological equipment created by man, which will conquer new worlds.
Due to its flexibility, the office adapts to the specific tasks of project teams and allows employees to choose a comfortable place to work themselves. The office uses modern video conferencing equipment. 25 mini-meeting rooms are organized in such a way that light and sound insulation allow for high-quality video calls and comfortable work throughout the day. Being bright inside, these meeting rooms are a key design element – space capsules.
The aesthetics of the spacecraft will accompany the employees in each zone.
Communication zones with several usage scenarios are inspired by the aesthetics of the elements of the star system (constellations, cosmic bodies, planets, etc.). For visual embodiment, we use bright and textured elements in wall decoration (metal, felt, dichroic glass and even fur), lighting devices of unusual design, furniture of futuristic shape and colors.
The most striking feature of the space is the presence of its own climbing wall and a VR gaming room. Avito office employees know what Work-Life balance is and uses such unusual spaces for the typology of the office for emotional relaxation at work, as well as for team building.
