Avalon is a mixed-use project located on 106 acres at the Northwest corner of GA 400 and Old Milton Parkway in Alpharetta, GA. The developer is positioning the project as the Southeast’s first "Experience Center" —a place where high-end retail, restaurant, residential, office, hotel and public spaces come together.
The project includes 560,000 square feet of retail, a 300-room, full-service hotel, as well as a 175-room boutique hotel above retail. The office component will include a 350,000-square foot, 14-story office building; two 200,000-square foot office buildings; 85,000 square feet of office lofts above retail; and a 5,000-square foot financial institution. On the residential front, the project will include 250 luxury residential units above retail, all with high-end interior finishes and dedicated resort-style amenities for residents. In addition, 101 townhomes and detached single-family homes will be built and will include dedicated residential amenities such as a community pool, playground and clubroom.
