Submitted to an area of not lower than 10 m by 20 m (200 square meters) dimensions The innovative approach is to present viable options and to submit responses to the new challenges of the construction and housing, as linchpin and essence of improved quality of life.
This is the first of our new series of homes thought to be from a single development to be arranged in a large urban system (urbanization, small towns)
Small specification:
It is proposed for an area of minimum width of 10 mts.Preferiblemente reduced or nonexistent slope (like almost all new urban developments in the Midwest) has several new features: Starting at the front, the garage is intended to place vehicles in parallel, not in a row as the side normally retreat frequent types fail, depending on the retreat that leave can park as many cars.
It has a living double height, and all spaces visually converge towards it, being TV upstairs visually communicates with the large central space, as you can see in the presentation, housing is internally completely transparent, being defined by virtual volumes "lightweight" (no unnecessary internal partitions) In the case of the master bedroom intimacy is solved with hanging planter, posing as green curtain.
The shape of the roof accentuates the central space, being standard TV (television) and defines the outline of the house (SPACE TENT) The power developing this basic house 150 m2, excluding. the garage area, the reflecting pool and terrace, encourages us to think that if it is possible to produce high quality homes at very low cost; in fact, it has the unique quality of relationship between its own weight bearing skeleton and rigidity, allowing the correct application of anime frisados panels (either homemade or manufacture) optimize performance in the metal members in the structure
