Das Gebäude befindet sich im Stadtteil Westend in Frankfurt. Der untere Teil der Wohnung wurde saniert und um den Dachspitz erweitert. Eine Galerieöffnung für die interne Treppe bildet die Verbindung zwischen oben und unten. Es entstehen interessante Blickbezüge zwischen Küche, Essens- und Wohnbereich welche die Wohnung optisch aufweiten. Die große Fensterfront im Dachspitz sowie eine neue Loggia lassen viel Licht ins Innere und geben den Blick auf die Skyline Frankfurts frei.
