The complex consists of three residences with private pools, built on a verdant hillside of Skiathos. The adaptation to the steep slope of the terrain and the view towards the sea, led to a parallel, staggered layout of the buildings, providing unobstructed views from all levels. Each house consists of a monolithic stone volume with an inset single-pitched roof, parallel to the other two. The distance in between creates intermediate spaces, such as entrance courtyards and terraces facing the sea. From the entry courtyards, a wide opening overlooking the sea and the pool terrace, connects the main outdoor living spaces among which the house is positioned. The duality of the two main outdoor living spaces and the residence in the middle was a central aspect in the design process of the spaces. The two courtyards, each for different hours of the day, in visual and functional continuity with the interior of the house are both overlooking the sea. Internally the house is developed in 3 levels, following the slope of the ground. The main entrance level, consists out of an open plan living room - kitchen area, in the center of which a wooden staircase element is rising to the attic and functions both as a visual divider between the spaces and as a sofa - storage space.
The main materials are stone, a product of the excavation of the complex, wood and metal structures. The light steel elements and the large glass openings, in contrast to the solid stone walls, highlights and brings lightness into the design.
