Built on a tight highly urban area with a 60 sq.m. lot area. This buiilding has 4 units of studio type apartmet units ,1 tw0 bedroom penthouse unit and a carport and office on the ground floor. With  three sides enclosed an atrium of 2x2 meters was required for for building approval. Despite of the tight lot area the building was designed to fit the requirements and provide well ventilated spaces utilizing the 2 x 2m. atrium as a focal point of the design.
