The Atlantico Building was designed for the last available lot on Rio de Janeiro's iconic Atlantica Avenue. The project maximizes landscape views with wide openings and no obstructions. The front balconies, protected by the curved eaves, project like prows towards the sea.
Creating a comfortable atmosphere between the hustle and bustle of the beach and the promenade was one of the project's goals. Natural materials and neutral color tones have been selected for the communal spaces, including wood panels and gnaisse stone floors.
A tropical microclimate, created by the intense presence of vegetation, merges with the selection of natural materials.
