Various thermal and energy efficient MEP upgrades were installed throughout the high rise apartment building, which features apartments of various sizes (studios as well as one, two and three bedrooms), a contemporary fitness center, high end appliances, private outdoor space, washer and dryers, on-site parking and a common rooftop patio that boasts a panoramic view of the Manhattan skyline. Work included code compliance issues, ADA accessibility upgrades. Corridor exhaust was converted to corridor supply. The work was intelligently phased to allow construction to proceed in the occupied apartment building.
