The Visualization Department here at DSA was contacted to produce photo-realistic renders for this facility. The team was provided with existing drawings and elevations, which they used to craft a 3D model and site for the renders. An exterior and interior render were produced for our client with the intent to use them in upcoming marketing materials. The actual textures and materials used on the construction of the building were incorporated into the renders to produce an image that gave an accurate reference to how the building looked upon completed construction. The interior space render included specific chosen furniture and finishes to depict the style the rooms were outfitted with.
