Aspen is situated in Barangay Bagumbayan, Quezon City and its bounded by immense urban context, the dense of high and medium intensity zone, commercial spaces, residential, education, and industrial creates an interplay that gives the urban fabric vibrant.

Aspen's fluid pattern of the double skin facade blurs the boundaries of the building making it light and ephemeral. This effect is even stronger as we walk along the street - when perspective changes so does the appearance of the building.
