The design for the Asan Baebang Feature Tower creates a new 70-story landmark for a PF redevelopment project located in Asan, Korea. The mixed-use project supports office, officetel and residential condominiums including a ground floor commercial bank and exhibition halls. The dia-grid structure provides column-free space and a cost effective solution for multi-use program and planning solutions. The angular façade creates a crystalline effect that dynamically reflects and harmonizes with the sky.
