Arvest at Ledger is a future-forward workspace designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and flexibility for a hybrid workforce. Seamlessly integrating technology, biophilic design, and diverse work settings, the space empowers employees with choice while reinforcing community and productivity.

As a financial institution, Arvest sought a workspace that embodies both stability and adaptability. The goal was to create an environment that supports hybrid work, attracts top talent, and fosters in-person collaboration. The space needed to encourage spontaneous interactions, accommodate varied work styles, and integrate cutting-edge technology all while maintaining a sense of familiarity and belonging.

Arvest at Ledger embraces activity-based working, offering a variety of environments tailored to different tasks and work styles. Employees can select spaces that best support their needs throughout the day. Team Homes serve as collaborative hubs, fostering camaraderie and group work, while quiet study halls, enclosed phone booths, and deep-focus nooks support concentration. Project rooms, flexible meeting spaces, and reservable war rooms allow teams to adapt their environment as needed.

For more informal interactions, the garden lounge - featuring a double-height planted column and lush vegetation - provides a biophilic retreat that promotes relaxation and spontaneous conversations. This space, along with the outdoor front porch, strengthens the indoor-outdoor connection and enhances well being. Natural light, regional materials like white oak, and earthy mineral hues create a warm and authentic atmosphere.

Technology is seamlessly integrated to support hybrid collaboration. Dual screens, eye-level cameras, and whiteboard capture systems ensure remote and in-person employees engage equally. Adjustable-height workstations and ergonomic seating further enhance comfort and flexibility.
