WXY was commissioned by L+M Development Partners LLC to lead architectural design services for the Arverne East Multi-Purpose Building. Design of the new Multi-Purpose building will provide gender-neutral public restrooms for the Nature Preserve and Community Farm, as well as visitors of Rockaway Beach and the community during operating hours; new administrative space for Nature Preserve and Community Garden staff, as well as Department of Parks and Recreation Rangers; and create a new flexible meeting space for the local community.
