The thesis challenges the existing typology of a museum, proposing a new type of space that potentially fuses together various kinds of urban scenarios with art, an Art Symposium with dynamic exhibitions, studio, forum and leisure, as an connective infrastructure for art at the waterfront of Hong Kong.
