This project was a 3,500 sq ft new pavillion attached to the owner's existing residence and intended to house the owner's substantial collection of modern art. Much of the artwork is three dimensional and quite large therefore requiring dedicated display locations within the overall gallery like structure.
The new pavillion consists of three floors linked by a glass enclosed spiral staircase.
