Updating the exterior and gutting and renovating the interior, breathes new life into a former 1964 Child Development Center. New butterfly roofs bring natural light and ventilation into all three classrooms, expanding them out to meet the play yard. The building entry is reoriented to create an indoor/outdoor entry space with water efficient landscaping, natural storm water controls, and a variety of opportunities for children to explore and engage nature. Upgraded building systems provide state of the art electrical and data capabilities, including connections for future photovoltaic panels.
