The project involves the comprehensive remodeling of the existing space to adapt it to the commercial purpose and new identity of a healthy restaurant. The architectural proposal prioritizes natural light and the incorporation of a wide variety of plant species, creating a fresh and welcoming atmosphere.
This project was awarded First Place in the Comercial Category at the Architecture and City Award 2019, CAPECO, recognizing its excellence in design and contribution to the built environment.
To optimize space utilization, the façade is strategically set back, expanding the terrace and enhancing the connection between the interior and exterior through a large glass partition. This architectural feature reinforces the project's principles of transparency and authenticity. Natural materials are used, minimizing the application of paint whenever possible. The interior design incorporates plywood cladding, exposed walls, natural black iron carpentry, and terrazzo flooring, achieving a sober and authentic aesthetic.
Aligned with Vicca Verde’s vision, the project is developed under strict sustainability criteria, ensuring a high level of comfort with minimal environmental impact. Additionally, it seeks to generate a positive impact on the social and economic environment, promoting a healthy, balanced lifestyle in harmony with nature. The result is a relaxed and inviting space, ideal for sharing moments with family and friends. The restaurant’s culinary proposal is based on the use of high-nutritional-value ingredients, reinforcing its identity as a benchmark for healthy eating.
