Located in historic Park Slope, Brooklyn, The Arias is Ismael Leyva's most recent addition to the Brooklyn skyline. The new 95 unit - 83,000 ft2 building has a multi-toned brick facade which is inspired by the neighboring brownstones. Punctuated by expansive windows, floating glass balconies, and a four story glass window wall, the building optimizes natural light and offers views of Prospect Park and the Manhattan skyline.
The building features a state-of-the-art lobby with a double-height space, limestone flooring, white oak wall custom paneling, and a dimensionally carved feature wall as backdrop to an intimate seating area. The lobby is artistically illuminated by concealed cove lighting, animated colored accent LED lights, and a large amoeba pendant that fills the volume of the double-height space.
Ground floor amenities include a fitness and wellness center offering yoga and massage classes and a sky-lit residents' lounge and relaxation bar. The residents' lounge connects to a 2nd floor roof garden offering space for outdoor exercise including a golf putting green. A beautifully landscaped communal roof terrace on the 13th floor includes a pergola covered BBQ and dining area, fire-pit with bench seating, sun chaises with retractable roof cabanas, outdoor shower, and 10 foot wide by 56 foot long grass area ending in a water fall and reflecting pool feature.
The first floor of the Arias features commercial space. Below ground there is automated parking.
