The two-tower project introduces the first high-end residential high-rise living to Milan. Soaring above retail and amenity levels, the 34-story Solaria and 17-story Aria comprised of two independent wings offer world-class views from the Duomo to the Alps and to the city center below through floor-to-ceiling glass. At the top of each tower are two-story duplex units and three-story penthouse units with roof gardens and pools. Each tower contains a private gym, party room, swimming pool, and spa amenities.
The external architecture building is formed in three separate wings that meet in a central core from which natural light radiates out into every floor. This design strategy means that each apartment has external exposure on three sides while also delivering a sense of complete privacy.
The elegance of the main lobby is a luxurious reinterpretation of classical residential architecture that permeates throughout the apartments above. Each residence is designed to deliver a balance of comfort and efficient use of space and favors floods of natural light. Every residence has large balconies with real gardens in the sky in an irregular layout designed to protect residents’ privacies. The parapets are frosted glass to ensure safety and privacy without losing the unique views. Roof gardens with fittings for swimming and hydro massage pools can be accommodated for the exclusive use of apartment owners.
Security and ease of access was a top priority and is a core concept in the design of the vehicle and pedestrian routes to the apartments.
Solaria and Aria are strategically located in a new, upscale district carefully integrated into the urban fabric. There are three metro lines and numerous public plazas and parks within walking distance.
