The project is designed for people who would like to combine the ecology of suburban life with the comfort of urban infrastructure. Particular attention is given to young families with children tired of the ordinary architecture. For a comfortable life this project could provide everything you need: every building will have a large courtyard with its own children playground, lawns with irrigation system, flowerbeds. Also there will be mini- football field, tennis courts.
