: The Project is a three story apartment building located At Bader , West Amman . Bader is one of many areas that is witnessing an extended urban growth of the city Amman . It is well known for its hilly nature and its rural landscape, its cover of the old oak trees and its spectacular views over the mountains aside.
The project sets on 20x25m land plot with aslope about 20%,it includes by that two extra basements that has used the setbacks of the building for the lighting and ventilation issues.
The prime intention here is to provide the building with a roof garden as main and direct outdoor space for the three apartments, and something compatible for the spectacular views around. The building get a shape of pure box from its land boundary with a chamfered high wall roof on the top, directed toward the view, making the roof garden huge room with no ceiling, that fames the sky above and landscaped mountain around.
