It’s a sustainable approach to the design and architects strive to get most out of it.
The existing resort with weired development was to reshape with newly proposed concept with new design of cottages, restaurant and other recreational facility with 4 star category rating. The rich tribal culture of bastar was the key to basic designing. The one liner is “ Five star facility with traditional values of bastar”. The client has been serving and focusing on foreign client with new design & category of resort.
The design concept was to use local material with roof structure to meet with weather requirements. Each individual units consist pool, drawing room and connected bedroom and indoor pool. Cozy placements of each element is the key feature of the design. Multiple cottage has got the view from every room with rain sitting to few cottage. Whirlpool is placed with utmost bathing luxury in extremely local architecture affect.
Interior spaces has been designed with the total influence of bastar and it tradition. Keeping each element meaningful in the context of locality and category of resort is highlight of the interior. Landscape has been designed for ODC and new cafeteria designed in front of the deck over pool.
