Sophisticated layout and architectural design make this residence the very emblem of majesty and austerity.
Despite the solidity of the building, enriched and defined by classical elements, it has an airiness and lightness thanks to the numerous windows that open on all sides. And the rarefied permeability of the façades, almost masking the passage from external to internal areas, makes this exclusive residence one of a kind.
The guitar-shaped pool, a piece of art set in the sumptuous gardens surrounding the villa, adds to the concept of uniqueness.
The entire complex is a harmonious interplay of full and empty volumes without any clear, sharp division, due in part to the colours of the marble cladding the façades. With its delicate cream and sand hues, the building integrates harmoniously into the landscape of the Pearl in Doha.
