The Architects Fast Track Leadership Series is an eight session series; events will occur once a month from September through May. The goal is to prepare associates for the transition to firm leadership through a practical exploration of practice management topics
Events occur once a month with instructors who are firm principals and/or recognized professional practice leaders, with expertise in the session topic. The topics themselves have been drawn from The Architect’s Handbook of Professional Practice (14th edition, author, AIA, published by John Wiley & Sons, 2008). The intended audiences are interns and mid-career associates who are motivated toward developing their firm management skills. Participants can join one or all of the series sessions.
