ARCA: Flood Observatory, located on the banks of the Usumacinta river between Chiapas and Tabasco. The proposal builds on the architectural logic of the body and parts of a tree, referring to salvation in the lowlands where flooding.The program includes a laboratory, area shelters, ecotourism lodge, boarding area, museum and cafeteria flooding.The containers are designed with alternative materials such as bamboo and natural fibers, besides cotton canvas panels, waterproof and fireproof. Technology and experienced in the thirties by Albert Frey. Taken up for this project.
