The sales stand for the Ará Mirá complex, which also serves as an event space, was designed using striking triangular shapes. In addition to ensuring its own visual identity, these elements make direct reference to the roof of the future development, anticipating the architectural language that will be adopted.
The integration between landscaping and water creates a feeling of freshness in the central square, connecting the two restaurants, the point of sale, and the decorated area, while the lightweight metal structure and steel frame pavilions covered with industrial panels ensure construction efficiency.
The corridors of the stand are protected by tensioned tarpaulins, which reinforce the lightness of the construction and offer thermal comfort to visitors. The stand was designed so that the space would not only serve as a point of sale for Mirá das Águas—which currently houses the model and the decorated unit—but could also, in the future, host the launches of other developments in the Ará Mirá complex, maintaining restaurants, penthouses, and common areas as part of the complex.
