2018-2019. The apartment is an investment property, the client seeks to improve its market value and serve the largest possible segment of buyers. The intention was to update an apartment from the beginning of the 80s, with a typical spatial configuration of the time, to contemporary domestic dynamics.
The kitchen became an integral part of the social area, providing breadth and dynamism. The service area was reduced considerably to gain area for an additional bathroom for the bedrooms. The bedrooms were hierarchized, giving greater amplitude to the master suite.
The result is an apartment that adapts better to contemporary domestic needs, with much more light, fresh, elegant and practical.
