Located in an area of former orchards between the traditional villages at the footsteps of Vitosha Mountain, now part of the southern quarters of Sofia, the house enjoys its natural surroundings, low density and spectacular views towards the mountain.
The small existing building in the same plot kept as a guesthouse positions the new structure, provokes the diminishing of its scale and suggests the materiality of the facades.
The topography of the modeled terrain and the huge subtracted veranda differentiate the four elevations of the simple volume. The three levels are connected with the diagonal space of the stair.
