The idea was to transform this lawfirm office into a family, standing apartment mixing modern styles and ninteen century french style recalls.
The apartment is divided in three sequences :
- the reception (public) part with the kitcvhen and the living room / dining room,
- the buffer space, with darker color, reduced height and sound insulation to offer a pause between the public and the private space of the apartment and also a signaletic play in order to hide the private rooms entrances,
- and the private rooms regaining height and light.
The accent is put on hiding the private spaces and offering an sequence experience while living the space
