The building is designed by renowned architect Luca Andrisani, and adds a modern twist to a historic neighborhood.

Each apartment has its own unique layout, but all include a neutral palette of white lacquer, glass, and oak paneling, large windows, and an open floor plan. Each apartment also has its own private yard, balcony, or rooftop, closed in by an operable copper screen.
