‘’Apartments in Evrialis’’ residential project presents a refined interplay between architecture and landscape, emphasizing a seamless integration with its tropical environment. The building’s sculpted concrete form is characterized by deep horizontal slabs and generous openings that frame views while moderating sunlight and heat. Each level incorporates abundant greenery, transforming the façade into a living surface that softens the structure’s geometry and enhances natural cooling. The careful placement of vegetation creates a layered, immersive experience, blurring the boundaries between interior and exterior spaces.
At the ground level, the architecture dissolves into an organic terrain, where curved surfaces, embedded seating, and lush planting create a resort-like atmosphere. This terraced configuration guides residents toward a central pool area, reinforcing the project’s connection to nature. Upper floors maintain a minimalist aesthetic with expansive glazing that maximizes daylight and ventilation, while the carved voids in the top level introduce sculptural expression and frame the sky.
