The renovation of the 2-storey apartment, located in one of the most expensive suburbs of Athens, aimed at wiping out the damage caused by time and modernizing it in terms of both architectural design and functionality.
The apartment’s layout is completely rearranged, leaving untouched only the exterior walls. The new layout results in a spacious and impressive living room with a great view and direct access to the big balcony.
Quite impressive are the polished cement screed around the fireplace, as well as the beton cire on the WC surfaces and the two central corridors. Premium quality materials, such as the oak floors, the tailor made lacquered furniture and great quality sanitary ware, are used. On the wooden staircase that leads to the guest room has been installed hidden LED lighting that creates an impressive atmosphere during the night.
All electromechanical installations have been replaced, and a "smart house" system of different lighting and motion detectors is installed.
