Project: The client purchased partially abounded apartment as an investment to luxury and to solve her family space needs while working and living in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Presented design allowed the gracious flow from a generous foyer to many rooms of the home including full size eat in kitchen with large dinning space, office, laundry, 2-1/2 bedrooms and large living room.
The ability to move from one space to another and still have unique separation schemes as per pre-revolution historical tradition, makes this a very special home for ordinary businesswoman and her family from remote Russian province.
Responsibilities:Consulted client on space arrangement, structural elements investigation , products, appliances and material research and purchase. Designed new layout for apartment reconstruction.
