If for one reason, Ghasrodasht, of those main regions of shiraz, is to be notable and distinctive, would be the unique background mainly formed by the widespread gardens and green lots; Resulting a network of irrigation channels.
Nowadays, after all the separations, although some of the split-off grounds may have lost their portion of the trees, to save the rest, some policies have been adopted by the government to preserve the continuation of the water circulation in the irrigation channels. The rules are merely concerning the physical aspects, as far as the water flow does not get blocked. Yet, since these channels do have such a pleasant visual aspect as well, a two meter setback and a following backyard were considered to keep the visual pleasure too.

Putting the contextual challenges aside, the client demanded a flat allocated for a single unit. The upper story was assigned for that purpose, seeing that it has such an untouched view to the north mountains and the river.
To double this interaction between the interiors and the outside, public spaces such as kitchen, dining room, the adjacent terrace and the living room were all placed at the north zone of the flat.
