Building Building has three main parts. It is luxury apartment building. Apartments have spatial terraces and cozy layout. In design view of structural engineering it was quite difficult building to design. The load bearing structures of balconies were intersected with rain water pipes. Balconies had to be isolated thermally to protect from leaking of coldness into premise and further damage that it can cause.
