The building is situated in a suburban area of Athens and includes five residences.
It is organized in 2-legs, following the L shape of the ground plot, the daytime open-plan spaces and the division with the bedrooms.
At their junction, the common areas are accessed and the stairway enclosure.
The houses differ concerning their residual space (60square meters to 150square meters) and spatial arrangement (one or more levels, spaces with double height, lofts). The bottom two-level house takes advantage of a private garden. The upper flats utilize optimum views and orientation; the penthouse apartment containing a loft. The protrusion of color boxes outside the corps of the building, to the north, helps identifying the distinguishable units of the houses.
Energy scenario: A variety of openings-lighting sources within the developed area of the perimeter blocks offer for the natural cross-ventilation and diffused natural lighting. On the east facade a steel frame construction is intended to bear sliding sun shields-panels. The south facade is sun protected by deciduous trees and the protrusion of the balconies.
