This penthouse of 220m2 over 2 levels, offers a breathtaking view of the town of Monthey
The project is part and was fashioned into an existing envelope.
The duplex has naturally divide the sleeping area on the 5th floor and the living area on the 6th.
The materials are clear and uncluttered setting out with time items specifically addressed as the core of its central coated wood and Macassar wood burning fireplace carved from raw metal.
The living areas on the 6th floor are distributed around the nucleus of Macassar, leaving the fully open while creating well-defined by their function space areas.
This item has been thought of as a piece of furniture and is involved in the staging space. It does not create an atmosphere, it also contains plenty of storage, integrating technology and the stairs leading to the fifth floor. These different time events allow give depth to the space and make it dynamic. Sets enriched lights space and emphasizes the elements of interior design fars.
The fifth floor contains the master bedroom, the dressing of Mr. and Mrs. and a bathroom.
The function of this area is clearly defined by its materialization. The desire was to create a cocoon of well-being characterized by the use of fabrics, leather and carpet quality.
The bathroom is a continuation of the project, a key element in integrated Corian sinks and the tub sits at the center of the room acting as a sculptural object.
This object seems almost float medium dark materials selected for this purpose. A wall in Macassar creates a link between the two stages and allows you to integrate almost invisibly the ponds.
