Designing in the center of the city requires a study of the morphology of the quarters, the history of the site, the analysis of archival maps and documents, proposals for relevant and interesting city planning solutions. But the feeling of the spirit of the place, grasping of the mood and fitting into the historical context are of crucial importance for the architect.

Experiences associated with the environment dictated to apply solutions of the facades that would echo the revenue houses of the early 20th century, the area is featured by- the bell tower of the Church of St. Nicholas, bearing the imprint of the Byzantine tradition, typical for the Russian architecture. The interlacing of ornamental themes, allusions to mansards, warm brick tones, form of casket buildings should remind the buyer of the solid, high-quality architecture of revenue houses of the last century in the Neo-Russian style. Modern shape, adjusted proportions, comfortable layouts are the features of a 21st century house.

Working at the junction of European and Russian architectural traditions is a priceless experience for architects and, undoubtedly, an interesting offer in the residential real estate market.
