Client: EDIFER
Nuno Ladeiro was invited to design the interior of the apartment of the enterprise of Forte da Nossa Senhora da Conceição, a construction and promotion of Edifer.
The interior design project was inspired by the architectural modern conception of the building, designed by the architectural studio Cónica. The enterprise is located on the first urban line of the village Oeiras, in Algés, in front of the Champalimaud Foundation.
The interior conception bets on the beautiful view over the Tagus River, and on the comfort that a project with these characteristics necessarily requires. Two apartments were transformed into a single duplex and were organized in two floors. The first floor was composed by a large living room and a kitchen with balcony. The living room stands out mainly by the visual range that provides and by its architectural details, such as the double height ceiling, next to the enormous window aperture, facing the mouth of the Tagus River. The upper floor contains the rooms and the corridor is now a living area.
