The refurbishment of this approximately 60m² apartment, located in SQN 411, aimed to take advantage of the excellent spatial arrangement of the property while implementing targeted interventions to enhance its spaces. Thus, materiality was approached as the guiding element in shaping the intended atmospheres and ambiances of Apartment 411N.
The original wooden parquet flooring was fully restored, while the finishes in wet areas—kitchen, bathroom, and laundry—were updated. The slabs and beams, previously coated and painted white, were stripped and treated to reveal the existing concrete. All walls and cabinetry adopted sober and light tones to bring a sense of spaciousness and greater versatility when furnishing the apartment. To minimize costs and construction time, all lighting and plumbing points were preserved, with only the replacement of light fixtures, fittings, and sanitary ware suggested, along with minor layout adaptations.
