During the accelerating pace of modern technology, people tend to consume their time on other concerns, instead of having enough attention for the family. Conversating and meeting within the family space have grown into a problematic puzzle for the architecture. Besides the interaction of rooms between housing spaces, customer demand is also a significant element of the success of the architectural drawing.
Regarding the topic, the usual question asked among the architects often relates to encouraging people to use the public space (living room–dining–kitchen) and leading it to minimize the private space in the design. Thereby, the design invisibly directs people to increase the frequency of usage of public space and the activities in the space to connect people. Simultaneously, in addition to advanced technologies (such as air conditioning, fresh air supply, air filtration, smart electricity,...), it still ensures ventilation, natural light, and smooth circulation for the whole house. Furthermore, to ensure orientation for apartments with a large number of family members (8 people - 4 bedrooms), the sleeping blocks are arranged around the public space. The children's sleeping bedroom is placed where it is easiest to contact their parents but still maintain privacy.
Simplicity and no-frills style should be received more appreciation, especially in housing. Its simplicity easily approaches family activities, thereby reducing the complex utility and function and providing safe and sound within the house atmosphere.
