Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza is a South Florida based restaurant group that makes amazing pizza in their twin Earthstone pizza ovens. The high temperatures created through coal burning produce crispy pizzas in just minutes. The wings and eggplant are really great also. The main dining room is lined with images from the owner's experiences which include Anthony Bruno of New York, Michelangelo Mozzicato of Italy and the football superstar Dan Marino. All the millwork is prefabricated in South Florida using the same techniques used by thermofoil. The floor of the kitchen is recycled PVC sheet flooring to create a continuous water barrier for the entire kitchen area.
