Anita's house is a small house prototype near Perugia (Italy) and was finished in February 2014. The project involved the construction of one floor above ground and one basement floor, with a large garden and swimming pool. On the ground floor there are entrance, living room, kitchen, hallway, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a utility room and a veranda; on the basement there are a garage and other rooms. Perimeter to the whole basement there is a tunnel wide about 1.5 meters. The building has a maximum height above ground level of about 3.75 meters and has a total volume of approximately 1,400.00 cubic meters. The house has a roof with two protruding flaps, on the west flap houses a PV of about 5 kW system. The walls are partly covered using metal slats in shades of oxidized copper. In Anita's house were applied bioclimatic choises that make for highly livable the house all the seasons. The heating system is housed in the floor, the electrical system contain technology services to control home automation.
