This apartment by AIYA Bureau is shaped by a calm, precise sense of artistry. Designed for a family with two children, the interior balances spatial clarity with emotional warmth. A palette of plum, terracotta, and muted gold shifts with the daylight, highlighting the tactility of natural wood, stone, and soft textiles.
The layout follows an intuitive flow. At its center, an open-plan living and kitchen area serves as the social heart of the home, supporting both daily routines and quiet moments together. The master suite, complete with a walk-in wardrobe and bathroom, offers privacy and restoration, while the children’s rooms on the opposite side form a playful and independent zone.
The entrance hall sets the tone with deep green lacquer, warm burgundy accents, and soft lighting that creates a sense of depth. In the living area, Japanese-inspired panels introduce a gentle rhythm, framing a composition of mauve upholstery, marble, and wood. A stone-clad kitchen niche transforms a functional space into a crafted architectural element. Carefully selected furniture – a Minotti sofa, Flou armchair, Meridiani dining table, and terracotta Baxter chairs – creates a cohesive ensemble, complemented by a distinctive artwork by Tina Scepanovic.
The master bedroom is defined by a wall panel, layered textures, and subtle asymmetry that together establish a serene yet expressive atmosphere. Furniture and lighting by Baxter, Christiane Lemieux, B&B Italia, Barovier & Toso, and Apparatus enrich the room with sculptural presence and material depth. The adjoining bathroom continues the narrative of natural calm through warm stone surfaces and a sculptural Agape bathtub.
Every detail reflects AIYA Bureau’s design philosophy: interiors that speak softly yet confidently, uniting craftsmanship, emotion, and a timeless approach to contemporary living.
